Find out why clinicians aren’t using the tool you built. In 90 minutes.
I’m Dr. Aditi Joshi, an emergency physician and former medical director of telehealth at Jefferson Health. The Adoption Audit shows you where use drops off, why it happens, and what to fix first. You get it in writing, at a fixed fee.

Buying the tool is not the same as getting it used.
The software works. The pilot went well. Then busy clinicians went back to what they know, and usage stalled. The reasons are usually human, and they are usually fixable.
About half of physicians reached 100 encounters.

Two kinds of teams. One same problem.
Pilots went live. Usage is soft. A renewal is coming.
- You sell a tool clinicians must use every day
- A pilot looked great, then stalled when you tried to scale
- A renewal or expansion is due in the next 6 months
- The usage data is not what you promised
You rolled out a tool. Clinicians went back to old habits.
- An AI scribe, virtual care, remote monitoring or similar
- Live in the last 12 months, or going live in the next 6
- Clinician adoption sits below 30%
- Clinicians work around the tool, not with it
Growth is slower than the technology should allow.
- You back digital health companies
- Adoption failure is one of the most common reasons they miss their projections
- Send us a portfolio company. We will pressure-test the rollout.

Ninety minutes. One report.
A fixed-scope diagnostic. You know the cost, the timeline and the deliverable before you start.
20-minute intake form
Plus up to three documents, such as your rollout plan, usage data or survey results.
90 minutes, live
You and up to four people close to the rollout. We map where adoption breaks and why.
Your written report
Specific to your tool, your teams and your numbers. Not a template.
30-minute readout
We walk through it together. You decide what to do next.
- Where use drops off, and for whom
- The barriers behind it, ranked
- The three fixes to make first
- What to measure next
You hear the number on the 20-minute fit call, before you commit to anything. If you go deeper later, the next step is scoped to what the report finds.
Diagnose. Design. Deploy. In that order.
Adoption Audit
90 minutes plus a written report in 72 hours. You learn exactly where adoption is breaking down.
Implementation Workshop
One to two days with your team. We turn the report into a plan your people can run, with a named clinical champion for each site.
Strategic Implementation
Four to six months, hands-on. I lead the fix with your team, start to finish, and we check the results at 12 months.
Start with the Audit. Go deeper only if the report says you should.
What getting clinicians to change looks like.
Faculty adoption of the tools built at Jefferson
It was never a requirement. We built the conditions that made clinicians want to use them. That work is the basis for the Ardexia method.
Dr. Joshi, Jefferson HealthActive use in three weeks at a regional medical center
An ambient AI rollout had stalled in one internal medicine department. We found three root-cause barriers and placed a non-clinical champion in the clinics for one week.
Early data. Follow-up continues. Client not named. The hard part was never the software.
I’m an emergency physician. I spent years building telehealth programs inside a hospital system. The hard part was getting busy clinicians to change how they work.
Now I help digital health teams find those barriers early, name them clearly, and fix the ones that matter most. You work with me, not a junior team.

Ardexia Insights
A 30-minute conversation with leaders who are getting digital tools used, or fighting to. The show is new, and our first guests help shape it.
Eight questions. Four minutes.
You get a score, your weakest area, and the first fix to make.
Book your Adoption Audit.
Tell me about your rollout. Then pick a time for a 20-minute fit call. If the Audit is right for you, we book it on the call.
- No software demo. No pitch deck.
- You will know if the Audit fits in 20 minutes.
- The report is yours to use, with or without me.
Thanks. Now pick a time.
Your answers are in. Choose a 20-minute slot.
Before you book.
What happens on the 20-minute fit call?
We talk through your rollout and where use is lagging. You will know by the end whether the Audit fits. If it does, we book it on the call. If it does not, I will tell you what I would do instead.
Who should join the 90-minute session?
You, plus up to four people close to the rollout. Think a clinical lead, someone who owns the tool day to day, and someone who sees the usage data.
Is this only for AI scribes?
No. The Audit covers AI scribes, telehealth and virtual care, remote patient monitoring, digital therapeutics and other clinical tools. The barriers look similar across all of them.
What do I need to prepare?
A 20-minute intake form and up to three documents, such as your rollout plan, usage data or survey results. Nothing with patient information.
What happens after the report?
We do a 30-minute readout together. You decide what to do next. Some teams fix the top three items alone. Others bring me in for an Implementation Workshop or a longer engagement.
Is this a software demo or a sales pitch?
No. There is no demo and no pitch deck. The report is yours to use, with or without me.
What does the Audit cost?
It is a fixed fee, shared on the 20-minute fit call before you commit. You know the cost, the timeline and the deliverable before you start. Larger work is scoped after the report.
