About Us

Ardexia was founded by Dr. Aditi U. Joshi, MD, MSc, FACEP, a board-certified emergency physician who has built and scaled digital health programs across health systems, governments, and startups on four continents. She has served as the clinical voice in a $132M telehealth acquisition and designed quality assurance governance for large-scale virtual care platforms. She has done this work at scale, from the exam room to the boardroom.

After more than a decade of implementations, the pattern became impossible to ignore. The technology was rarely the problem. The human infrastructure around it almost always was.

Ardexia exists to solve that problem.

Our approach is evidence-based and methodology-driven, addressing the clinical, behavioral, and organizational conditions that determine whether a digital health investment succeeds or fails. Our methods are technology agnostic. Whether the tool is AI, telehealth, RPM, or DTx, the goal is the same: sustained clinical adoption and measurable ROI.

We work with academic medical centers, health systems, specialty groups, and digital health companies. Every engagement is led directly by the founder. You work with the person who built the methodology, not a team handed a framework.

If your organization has digital health tools underperforming in the field, we would like to hear from you.
